🏠 Before You Leave
☐ Lock all doors and windows
☐ Close curtains halfway (looks occupied but private)
☐ Inform a trusted neighbour or friend to keep an eye
☐ Set a few indoor lights on timers or smart bulbs
☐ Pause mail or ask someone to collect it

☐ Park car in visible area or under cover
☐ Test CCTV or smart doorbell (if installed)
